Terms of use

These terms cover your use of hiddenhive.games, your Hidden Hive account, and the games we offer on it and its subdomains (the "service"). The service is run by Dawn Leap Digital Solutions LLC, doing business as Hidden Hive Games ("we", "us"). By using the service you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Who can use it
You need to be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission, and they agree to these terms for you. Anyone may play our public games without an account.
Your account
- Give accurate information, keep your sign-in details to yourself, and let us know if you think someone else has accessed your account. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
- One person per account. Don't create accounts in someone else's name or to get around a suspension.
- You can delete your account at any time from your account page.
Using our games
Our games are free to play for personal, non-commercial use. Please don't:
- attack, overload, scrape, or try to break into the service, other players' accounts, or our systems;
- use the service to harass anyone, or to share anything illegal or harmful;
- copy, sell, or redistribute our games or their content, or present them as your own.
Some games are early versions or playtests and may change, reset, or be withdrawn. Invite-only games are for the people invited; please don't share their content without permission.
Cloud saves
We work hard to keep your saves safe, but we can't promise a save will never be lost or damaged. Download a copy of saves you care about from your account page.
Ownership
The service and our original games, art, music and code belong to Dawn Leap Digital Solutions LLC or its licensors. Using the service doesn't give you ownership of them. Your saves are yours; you let us store and copy them only to provide the service to you.
Fan projects
Some games on the service are free, non-commercial fan projects based on series owned by others. All trademarks and characters belong to their respective owners; these games are not affiliated with, sponsored, or endorsed by them. Rights holders can reach us at support@hiddenhivegames.com, and we will respond promptly to any request.
Suspension and ending
We may suspend or close accounts, or limit access to a game, if these terms are broken or to protect the service or other players. We may also change or stop offering any part of the service.
No warranty; limits on liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data or saves, and our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to US $50. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and for significant changes we'll tell you on the site or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.
